Christmas can mean different things to different people. For me, it always meant coziness. My family is not religious, so growing up in Germany, this time of the year is all about unwinding, letting go of the past year, and so. much. chocolate. Music was always around when we sat together playing board games and drinking hot chocolate or, later, Glühwein. But no worries, I’m not sharing a playlist with Christmas Schlager with you.

Since 2012, I’ve curated this Holiday playlist with my favorite Christmas songs. It’s a mix of classics, Indie, and Folk songs. While you'll find familiar holiday favorites, I hope you'll discover some new songs that bring extra warmth to your season as well.
