Rare Originals is a music strategy and DSP consulting agency operated by Mandy Tamm LLC, based in Los Angeles, California. This policy covers data collected through rareoriginals.co and any tools or forms hosted on the site.

What we collect and why
Contact and inquiry information. If you reach out through a contact form, email, or inquiry page, we collect whatever you share with us — typically your name, email address, and message. We use this to respond to you and to evaluate whether we're a good fit to work together.
Email addresses via free tools. Some tools on this site (like our Spotify pitch generator or artist readiness audit) ask for your email address before delivering results. We collect this to send you the output you requested and, if you opt in, to add you to our newsletter list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Newsletter subscriptions. Our newsletter is hosted on Substack. If you subscribe, Substack collects your email address and handles delivery. Substack's own privacy policy governs how they store and process that data. You can read it at substack.com/privacy.
Website analytics and cookies. This site is built on Squarespace, which uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data — things like pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs. This helps us understand how people find and use the site. Squarespace may also set cookies for site functionality. We don't run third-party ad trackers.
Email open tracking. When we send editorial pitches on behalf of clients, we use Mailsuite to track whether those emails are opened. This tracking applies to our outgoing professional emails, not to communications with site visitors.
How we use your information

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as it's relevant to an active or potential working relationship. Newsletter subscriber data is retained by Substack until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Squarespace's standard practices. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, and we'll confirm when it's done.
